With Lotto Magic, you never have to go out and buy your own lottery tickets, you get your own numbers in play every month for 8 or 9 drawings, and also a team of 7 other players with 8 or 9 drawings, that's a total of 64 to 72 tickets in play monthly, when your cost would only be $25 if you join as a Team Player (that's like getting 39 to 47 free tickets monthly).

Lottery tickets are usually sold in stores that sell alcohol, and I would guess that most wealthy neighborhoods vote against having liquor stores on their street.  Lottery tickets are also sold in grocery stores and gas stations, there are plenty of those all over the place.
