Ok Folks, I have a major update of the team development. Since the last update the team growth has expanded to 92 more reps.

It continues to explode! Folks Once I hit 2 star International I'm making a builders pool and putting several thousands in it each month and each builder can earn a share from it. There will be some qualifications to earn a share from this pool but I've done the numbers on the geometric growth when combining Guarented tour takers with it.

If I told you the numbers it would blow you away !

I expect to be able to launch the builders pool I'm predicting in Feb with the new major enchancements of the compensation plan for the Berry tree coming I'll be in a position to do this.


I'm not having any preferential treatment towards any member. The builders pool was designed to help anybody on my team regardless of where they are.   If they step up and meet a few qualifications they will earn a share from the pool.

These qualifications would be

*Coming to 2 of my internet meetings out of 4 each month minimum
*Buy 1 set of guarented tour taker pack each month
*Get on a $15 ad coop per week  - Still deciding on this one

As you can clearly see I'm locking people in to all these things. So whats the big reward?

If 5 people get in the pool and if there was $3000 in the pool for that month the member would receive $600 which goes towards more advertising...

I expect the numbers to climb into the dozens and this is where the power of geometric growth begins for all!

Ill give you a quick teaser of just how powerful. Lets assume there was $6000 in the pool and 50 bought 1 set of guarented tour takers

That is 5,000 people to check out the business for that month, at 4% conversion that is 200 distributor Signups!

50 people buying 1 set of guarented tour takers which comes to  $17,000 dollars for just one month! As well as the $6000 to buy even more tour takers which was given back as a share to the members for the month.

In this example each member would be given $120 dollars to go back into buying more advertising.

If 25 people in your downline bought a share do you realize the power of the growth you'd experience?
