This seems to be a very difficult concept for those who serve to accept graciously. The words of comfort that we so freely give to others is very hard to say to ourselves.
I have overcome the problem as most of my parental duties have been passed on so its a lot easier to rest when I need to.

Overcoming a parental issue is not a problem it is there for us for reasons to become better parents. Always a learning experiance which is called tools of life! When we accept what we have and not strive for a better one, then we learn of God's grace, it hits us when we realize it and it works! Dont be anxious about anything,but in everything with prayer and patition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. An the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will gaurd your hearts and your mind in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
