	Thank you Nick Grimshawe for your great sense of humor, yes i am laughing, i do receive respect but i lost two co/workers over some reasons of there own and i wish i knew why, maybe im not fair in making decisions to suit ones needs. So i give up trying to please. Thanks for the comments Nick.
