Yes setting by example you would think People would understand that phrase.There are many who can not measure up to those who are trying to set the example.
I think its called they have to have back bone first.

beautiful words and true. Persuasion is a mans ultimate right , but to impose it, never leads to a true settlement. Success is a crime that renders others victims, unless it benefits both sides of the story.
