Getting your personal url out in a forum, contact email or simple invites to a few friends through PM will benefit you greatly.  That's how I started and as you can see it works!  You are not limited to only adland either, if you belong to other communities and want to toss out a bulletin or post a blog, you will be doing a tremendous amount for yourself with not much effort.  Be sure to send your referrals urls to me too, so I can help them too in the rotator.

I will post a discussion on upgrading in short.  There is a BIG reason to upgrade and that is for recruiting purposes that will help anyone who struggles with getting referrals.  More on that soon!
