Hi Kathy (Again)....
If this is for her business/s then can I assume that she will have access to her server (cpanel?)...
normally login by going somewhere like this :-
http://www.mywebsite.com/cpanel
Is she , or any of her colleagues able to access her server then within the cpanel there are features to stop emails such as :-
Box Trapper
Spam Assassin
There should also be a feature called
ip deny manager
(But not sure how this one works).
Also.
When she gets these emails, she should be able to open and check the 'properties'.
All incoming mail should have an ip address like
17/27/314/89
This is the address of the computer which is sending the emails......me thinks she could get on to her isp and have the ip addesss/s banned from receiving mail.
ie. any incoming mail from that ip address would automatically be returned to the sender as 'undeliverable'.
How's that ?
Rob
