I do remember the last time I fell in love because I still am. I was living on the russian river with an abusive husband and all three of my children. My ex brought home the man I ended up marrying. Some tips from a 20 year wife for the single bachelor man. Thomas remember to tell her every day how special she is to you. Thank her after every meal and for the first couple of years that means whether you really liked it or not. After that you can tell her the truth but be gentle. Listen when you could care less and learn to nod in the appropriate places. If you don't get it repeat it back to her she knows you heard her and it doesn't really matter if you understand. Flowers candy and diamonds will now become your best allies. Apologize even if you think you are right because you will never win. LOl Congrats I'm happy for you and hope that it works out for you. My opinion? Wow.. that's a loaded question.. lol

There are so many forms of love.. love for parents, children, siblings, friends, etc..

But I guess you are speaking specifically of being "in love"?

 

My opinion of being "in love"

That person makes your days complete.  Without that person, you feel an emptiness..

You feel an emotional connection, a bond, your heart is full of happiness and you show it uncontrollably..

Being in love,  it's true that Love is blind.. you do not notice the persons outter appearance, or faults.. when you look into their eyes all you see is love..  It's like looking through the window to their soul, and you notice nothing else around.. you get lost in the moment.. wishing that time would freeze..

You think of the person persistently..

You know without a doubt, that is the person that you want in your life, for the rest of your life, and no one else..

You have a strong desire to make that person happy at all times..

Their words or touch can make your problems dissipate, even if only temporarily..

 

Well, I know I've no where near covered all of the aspects of love, but this is some of the things that come to mind :)
