So I ask myself, what is my target?  Am I hitting the mark?  How can I hit my target more accurately and often?

Very good quote Mark. We are responsible for our own actions, and must work to attain our goals. If we see our target clearly, the path to attain our goal will become clear. This is possible for anyone.
