Thank you for your comments! I'm sorry I didn't reply yesterday. It stormed most of the day yesterday. I was at games last but didn't get to many more posts before it started lightening again.
This morning there is a boiling order on water for drinking & cooking. All of the restaurants & schools & plants are closed.
Everyone is asked to use water sparingly because if  air gets in water lines it could take up to 5 days to get water running right.
