What is the Right Type Business For You
8/21/2007 8:14:35 AM

Hi Jenny and thanks for the opportunity to spout off.

I say that people who go out and search a business will look for something that they are comfortable with.  Weather it be health and wellness or selling in a store, or with advertising or whatever.  They will pick and choose a few businesses that they will be comfortable with and then make their on the best deal that they can find in one of their so called area of expertise.  What do advertisers and scam artists do.  They play on these and make them so inexpensive to join that one must sign up immediately.

However I think that was what Adland Pro was meant to avoid.  I think that if you ask the questions of what is expected and what to expect in your business opportunity with whoever signs you up then you are a step closer to success.  Make sure that you avoid the scams and sign up under reputable  businesses.

There can still be scam people involved but hopefully you can avoid those just because the numbers are less here than out on the internet.

I am suprised someone has not started a list of unreputable businesses that have scammed you in one way or the other.  I guess legally you just have to write that this opinion does not necessarily demean the company but it is just your personal take on your dealings with the company.

I like to think that I am an honest business person and I realize that a lot of people are here for easy kill to their marketing endeavors.  I however do not feel that way and think that both the good side and bad side of advertising needs to be exposed.

Thank you for your support

Hi everyone, So what business are you interested in? Do all the research you like, you really cannot know til you give it a try. You like the history of the company, your upline is someone you like and admire, the business seems simple enough, the administration presents itself as responsible telling all that their interest is in seeing the affilate succeed, the price is right and has a great pay plan, everything just seems so right. So you join, begin to tell others about your love of the company. You work with the company and your upline when issues arise. All seems to be going well. Then reality rises its ugly head when you see the pay plan is great but no one is making money. Upline and company are responsivie til you touch someones pocket book and then the vision of "we are here to see all succeed" gets blocked with issues which neither the upline or CEO wants to acknowledge so they bury their heads in the sand. The price of the products which was so affordable is not attractive to others, so you must choose between telling some little white lies to make it attractive or bite your lip and hope some potentail customers won't learn the truth about a dud business. In short, what is a good business for you? You will never know til you give it a try. However, joining the business and then immediately advertising that you are making thousands of dollars sends out red flags. When someone advertises that you can make 15,000 dollars in your first week, you just have to ask, "You as my upline, can you prove that indeed YOU are making that much or is the word CAN earn that much the offer you are making to me, the potentail business partner and affiliate"? So, look between the hype, talk with someone who has had experience with the company and then give it a go-around. Even ask around and learn from others who have dealt with your upline. Maybe you would like the company but need to reconsider who to sign under. Don't be surprized if you find that even tho well researched, good planning, you may not like the business you choose. Business ventures are individual and what you like and what someone else is loving and experiencing success, may be two different matters.
