Beth,

I use Vinegar in cleaning also,  baking soda....  I try to go all natural as best I can.

We are killing our selves with toxins, that there are cheaper and healthier alternatives for cleaning !

Hey Linda,

Great post! I never use bleach anymore ... as a matter of fact ... I don't use ANY store bought cleaners anymore. So many of them have toxic chemicals in them!

I use products that use T-tree oil in them and they work just as good if not better than store brands and I know they are SAFER!!!

Think Green ...Live Green!

Safer for you,your home,

and our planet!

I have had trouble with allergies and chemicals all my life.  When my son was in Elementary School, he came home with a list of SAFE cleansers, disinfectants....

Vinegar, Baking Soda, etc.

Thanks for the information, Linda. I seldom use bleach, but do not use peroxide either. I will have to buy a bottle. Like some of your other forum members, I like the products with tea tree oil. I purchase these from Melaleuca. If anyone is interested in signing up to receive these chemical-free products, feel free to email me. DonnaZ

I have used  TeaTree Oils for years also.  But most of my cleaning supplies are baking soda, vinegar, peroxide, etc.

I even used TeaTree oil to kill mold in my bathroom as I could not get rid of it with everything I tried...
