It isn't your fault if your not making that 6 figure income everyone keeps promising.  I know.  I've been there - done that.  All I had to do was make more phone calls, not to worry about the no's just keep going and the comp plans I was involved with were set up for the recruiting, recruiting personality type.  Build the matrix right - they'd teach me.  Ya right.  Ah and the hot leads I paid for - real hot - sure. 

There is a better way.  Don't recruit - build relationships.  Don't get involved with a business that doesn't have a comp plan suited to your personality type.  Learn what drives different people and quit trying to fit square pegs into those round holes.  Learn to detect the contracts (P&Ps) that some fancy lawyer wrote up that can wisk whatever you've built right away from you. 

If you are struggling - IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT !  You are perfect just the way you are.
