Phil,
I know the government is trying, but they realllly need to work harder
at it. And I think any illegal who breaks the law should be sent
back to their country, paying their government a bounty to keep them
there ( would save us a fortune in our legal system and prison).
They would just have to document that they are keeping them in
jail.... to get paid....
It is going to take more than a WALL, Border Patrol, etc.
