First a big congradulations.
Second your problem is you are trying to post your pictures from your computer. They have to be uploaded to the web somewhere. You can put them on photobucket then link to them there.

I have not tried this but maybe you can upload the pictures to the new photo section here at Adland.
Then right click on them and click on copy image location.
Click on and insert the location of the photo in your post.
