Sorry I have had a rough couple of days and to top it all off I had a computer crash lost everything on my hard drive am back to factory resets URRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!.
The latest update on Ricks death is that we were able to raise the money for his funeral and now have recieved a bill from the hospital totalling 61,000 dollars.
We have now recieved the death certificate and the official cause of death is listed as blunt force trauma to the head so obviously he landed on his head directly. That does help give me some closure as at least now I know what my baby died from. They are still dragging out the investigation which is also making me a little edgy because one of the other boys in the car was my baby brother. This was a stupid freak accident that would not have happened if my son had been wearing his seatbelt or even just sitting in the back seat not horseplaying. What is left to investigate? I also feel sorry for the kid who was driving they want to charge him with dui with bodily injury even though his blood alcohol was only o.o4 which is below the legal limit for California and they want to charge him with Gross vehicular manslaughter He was not even the one wrestling with Rick. They want to take the rest of this boys life away too. We already lost one do we have to lose another.
