As list readers may know, Health Canada is currently undertaking an evaluation of the Women's Health Contribution Program (WHCP), better known as the "Centres of Excellence for Women's Health" program.
As part of this evaluation, a survey is being conducted with contacts and clients of the various Centres and Working Groups that receive funding through the WHCP. The Canadian Women's Health Network is also financially supported by this program. Our work in WHCP focuses primarily on communication, networking and outreach activities.
We hope that you will be able to take the time to fill out a survey specifically addressing the work of the Canadian Women's Health Network. We are asking our valued members, contributors and supporters to please complete the Health Canada survey for this evaluation of the Canadian Women's Health Network. If you have already completed and submitted the questionnaire, please accept our sincere thanks. If you have not yet completed the survey, please do so before Friday, July 13th, 2007.
The survey is being administered online and will take about 10 minutes to complete. All comments are anonymous and responses will be analyzed by an independent third-party.
Please note: there are a variety of surveys being circulated as each component of the program is being evaluated (such as the individual Centres of Excellence and Working Groups), and each has their own survey.
