beauty of the skin comes from two sources:
1-External.
2-Internal which is the most important.The beauty of the skin and the body in general comes from what you eat and drink,if you follow the following advices for 6 months you will feel the difference.
A-WATER: From water comes life,you have to drink a lot of water daily 6-8 glasses even if you are not thirsty,the first days begin with 3 glasses and gradually increase it to 4 ,5,6..till 8.when I speak about water I mean pure water,try to check the purity of the water in your place.The most pure water is that comes from a natural spring and bottled in glass container not plastic one.For your knowledge the water is the best expectorant in the world,it cleans your internal system from expectorations and helps you to breath better specialy if you are smoker-smoking will be discussed later-
Other impotant thing related to water is the skin cleansing-washing,the best cleanser- moisturizer in the nature is the water which prevents the dryness of the skin and keep the poros opened to breath.so you have to wash your face 8 times a day with clean water 5 minutes each time and wash your body once daily at least.don't use chemical soup,use the soap made of olive oil try to find it in your location,and don't rub your skin while washing it be gentle to it.
taking a daily bath makes you feel relax and fresh which helps your skin to be healthy for a long time of your life.
