I grew up in the car business. I started working part-time for my Dad's
Buick Oldsmobile & Pontiac Dealership in Yoakum Texas at age 9 for 25 cents an hour. I went to Victoria College & The University of Texas At Austin Also spent 6 Years in the Air Force Reserve.
In 1972, I went to work at my Dad's car dealership quit there for the last
time November 15, 1975. It was too slow for me. I got involved in the leather business Sold it in 1984. Started another leather business in 1985 and could not sell any of the 800 plus accounts for 5 years that I had sold with the other leather company I had just sold the year before.So it was truely like starting over from scratch. Sold it in 1998
I've done a little network marketing off & on some Ok ..some not.
On August 25, 2005, Thanks to my friend, David Rubright I found the last business I'm ever going to do. A company called Jerky Direct now J D Premium Products.
Nancy & I really enjoyed the trip last year and looking forward to it again.

I’ve been with JD since Dec 15th ‘05 when my sponsor introduced me to JD & asked me to just check it out!! I really started "working" the business late Jan ‘06 after meeting with Jay Hebdon at a training meeting being held in my area. After that meeting there has been no slowing me down!! I won the Salmon River Trip last year & had the time of my life. I was bound & determined to win it again this year & with my teams help – here I am!! I am so excited! I can’t wait to meet all the new winners this year!!
I Love everything about my JD Premium Products Business!! I first fell in love with the Organic Line because I had finally found a jerky that I could actually eat without any reactions!! Most bios are written in third person format even if the person of interest is writing their own bio. I decided not to do that this time. I’m gonna write as if I were talking to you in person. I hope that’s alright. ☺
In case you couldn’t tell, my name is Christina. I live in Northern California in the city of Vacaville which is half way between Sacramento and San Francisco. I’ve only lived in Vacaville for a couple of years. I actually grew up the next county over (Yolo County) in the teeny tiny town of Madison. Population: 252. It’s pretty much four square blocks of homes, a corner gas station and a post office. That’s where I grew up with my parents and sister and it was great. For time’s sake I’ll fast forward a couple of decades now…
Prior to getting started in business for myself I was in law enforcement until I was injured on the job and forced into medical retirement at the age of 33. My income was cut in half and I had a huge amount of debt. I turned to network marketing as a means to supplement my income. I was also retrained for web site design through workers comp. I also have a design business I work from home.
Since I joined our company, got on the Enhanced Plan and plugged into the weekly training and events I’ve enjoyed better health and less back pain, have more peace in my life and have paid off a substantial amount of debt. In fact, last month I paid off my car. For the first time in my life I’m driving something I fully own and it feels great!
I am truly thankful that I found JD Premium Products in 2005 and started my JD biz in 2006. My JD biz hasn’t just made a difference in my pocketbook, but also in my leadership and training skills (I love training!) as well as my circle of friends. I have met some amazing people because of my business and made some wonderful friends. I have an incredible team full of individuals I admire and respect.
This business is so simple, but it still takes work. The difference between JD and other companies is that the work is actually fun! I enjoy every minute whether I’m preparing a newsletter, calling prospects, leading training or simply answering questions. I firmly believe that if you set a goal in your JD biz and work purposefully toward it you will reach it. I worked with Ralston Purina Co. for 23 years. Resigned as an Area Director of Operations and went into the Insurance and Investment business for myself in 1984. I have continued in that arena ever since. I have also worked in the Network Marketing business since 1980.
In Sept. of 2004, I enrolled in the Network Marketing program offered by Jerky Direct. That has been a lot of fun. The Marketing program that is available to everyone is tremendous. Unfortunately only a few see and understand the potential offered.

Raised and went to school in Claremore, Ok. and came from a family of 17 siblings.
Entered U.S. Navy 1962 as a signalman and served aboard the USS Coral Sea CVA-43 a carrier off the coast of Viet Nam.
Entered the California insurance business in 1968 as a salesman for 8 years and then over the next 25 years built AIC Insurance Brokerage into one of the largest senior insurance brokerages on west coast with over 6600 agents.
After 33 years in the insurance business, I decided to move back to Oklahoma to be near my family.
Since my retirement from the insurance business I have been involved in several MLM companies and been very successful in them and serving with one as USA Director of Dealer Development.
My wife Nadine and I are store owners with Jerky Direct and have been for a short period of time. We are having a lot of fun building our jerky business with other store owners as well as doing trade shows thru out the area. We both enjoy the jerky products very much and plan on being very successful building our business.

A result of a "Blind Date", Craig & Kathy were married on September 25 th, 1984. They have raised two sons, Nathan and Roger who are both attending colleges in Kansas. Craig is originally from Missouri, and attended college at Fort Hays State University (Hays, KS) for 2 ½ years before enlisting in the USAF. He served for 13 years, seeing duty in Texas, Michigan, Germany, Moscow – USSR, Washington DC, Utah, Persian Gulf (Desert Shield/Desert Storm), and again in Texas. Craig gained experience as a Russian Linguist, Vehicle Operator/Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Interpreter, Customs Official, Driver for General Officers, Combat Mission Planner, First Sergeant, and Technical Training Instructor during his Air Force Tenure. Since 1997 he has sold "Yellow Pages" advertising, and now operates an online classified advertising company. Craig has been involved in the Direct Marketing Industry since January of 1980.
Kathy is originally from Ohio and is a Baker by trade. She has managed large Air Force commissary bakeries around the world as well as large grocery store chain bakeries here in the US. She is the survivor of a brain tumor surgery, a stroke, and is a kidney transplant recipient. According to Craig, she is tougher than any man he knows.
Craig and Kathy have raised two great boys who have grown up watching their parents build successful businesses in the Direct Marketing Industry – both boys are building their own profitable businesses as Storefront owners with J.D. Premium Products.

Jackie has been with Jerky Direct for the past three months. He is a farmer. Has been raising livestock all his life. He has three children who also work on the farm with him. He has only taken one vacation in his lifetime and that was last year in June when he was able to go to California, Oregon, Caldwell, Idaho and through Salmon, then Butte Montana and then home. This vacation took him 5,200 miles in nine days!!!
This trip he won at the Salmon River Lodge will be his second vacation. He is excited to come and enjoy the area!!!

My name is Milton Hurley and I will be 48 years of age on August 20th. I live in Wild, Wonderful West Virginia and have been an underground coal miner for almost 30 years. I have been involved with internet marketing for about 6 years now and finally found the perfect company in JD Premium Products.
I have been working in the coal mines since I graduated from High School and very much want to retire as soon as I can. My hope is that JD Premium will help me to achieve my financial goals so that I can retire and spend time with my family.
I have been married to my best friend and lovely wife, Debbie, for almost 25 years and we have two wonderful sons--Shane, 20 years old and Chase, 15 years old. They are both honor students and my wife and I are very proud of them. Shane is working on a journalism and sports broadcasting major at a local college and Chase is a sophomore in High School.
My family are all HUGE Pittsburgh Steeler football fans and Pittsburgh Pirates Baseball fans and we travel to Pittsburgh frequently for games. We also love our West Virginia Mountaineers football!
We also love vacationing in the southern states, the beaches of South Carolina and Florida, camping, fishing, golfing, hunting (turkey) and are animal lovers.
