Thank You for your input Janice.  While most all of us are members here because we have business opportunities and offers we are promoting.  A format like AdlandPro gives us the opportunity to grow as people and as networkers by letting us meet great people all over the world.  My full time job is as a Salesman and I have found that people will interact better if I take an interest in them and not just look at them as a Sale.

Sales is as I have heard Zig Ziglar say on many tapes and in his books: (my paraphrase of what he says)
