"I've never been poor, only broke. Being poor is a frame of mind. Being broke is only a temporary situation."
-- Mike Todd, film producer
Good morning,
I like that phrase. And you are so right .I do know the difference in broke and poor.I was raised poor.I can rember many times when I was a kid going to bed hungry because there was no food in the house. My dad had a bad drinking problem and would drink all the money he got his hands on.I rember as a child not having any lights in the house because the electric bill didn't get paid.I am grown know god only knows how and I may get broke some times but one thing for sure.I am going to have food, lights in the house.I have to say I have 2 kids of my own and I make sure they don't want or hurt for anything.

Hi Bogdan
Michael Todd
(June 22, 1907 or 1909[1]–March 22, 1958) was an American theatre and film producer, best known for his 1956 production of Around the World in Eighty Days, which won an Academy Award for Best Picture.
Oh, MY!! So true - I like to look at any "challenges" in my life as temporary - being borke would definitely be one of them!
Thanks, Bogdan
