Sleep is indeed important as that it is the time when the body rejuvinates and does most of its healing. I am glad you finally found your sleep. You will be a healthier individual becasue of it, and without it, many things in our lives are not one with mother nature.

Being one with nature in my eyes is the ultimate achievement. For only when you are can you be a peace & harmony with yourself and the rest of the world around you.

The verses were so nice and my sentiments exactly.  People try to tell me that I should not feel so comfortable living in my home alone with everything that is going on in the world today.

I tell them I do feel safe and comfortable in the knowledge of knowing that whether awake or sleep, I am blessed, truely blessed and my Lord and Savior is my guide and my protector.
