Dear Thomas,
as advocates of Christ , we must ensure our obligations towards him . Not just being an advocate, but by expressing it in our daily works of life. God will not accept our advocacy, because he does not need it, but his power will rest in us as we do his perfect will.
As clearly expressed by you, God´s advocacy is sufficient for us. We therefore need to overcome the fear of lack, for he has already supplied more than we can ask. Our aim must be to try to be in line with his will , so that we do not fall apart as the prodigal son.
The Lord knows our hearts and understands everything we whisper even before it is pronounced. We must stay therefore and constantly in the shadow of his path, so that our souls will be constantly replenished by the word of Truth.
As God Liveth, so are we in Christ. Our words mean nothing if they are not molded and blessed by Christ. The fruits of which is Eternal Life.
Peace and Love to you and may God bless this community.
