a bit confusing isn't it. there seems to be two separate sections to ad land (I'm assuming that is what your referring to if not pls correct me)
which explains the signing in all the time
the ad land community and the ad land classifieds you can tell what section your in by looking at the top bar.
In ad land community fill out your : "account set up" its like a virtual e card
You can make "offers" basically advertising to the community area
you can also place a free local ad
In the free ad section place an ad (or several) and if you wish it on top of all listening you can pay or edit you ad every hour (if you join the traffic exchange you can start surf your way to more traffic if you need it
Plus there are the paid benefits for each of the separate "sites" of the community and the ad site
