Dear Marilyn!
I complement your "Positive Thoughts” with a positive poem
Life
Do you ever wonder?
what life is really about
Birth, love, raising children,
then death, was there any doubt
Some in-betweens we have forgotten,
that make it all worthwhile
Like sharing precious moments,
with someone who can make you smile
We only comprehend what is before us,
never trying to look beyond
And always looking for that special person,
to complete the human bond
Like everything, we are made of molecules,
electrical beings we are
So maybe we should look within ourselves,
and not a shining star
Pain, frustration, and disappointments,
are part of life, and will always be there
But if one can say they love them self,
they will always have someone who cares
Nobody knows the answer to life,
it's a very good question at best
So maybe it should be thought of,
as thee Almighty's ultimate test
We all one time or another,
must conclude on which highway to take
And when we come to the crossroads,
it will be a decision we all have to make
So be happy with what life has already given you,
another road could have been a lot worse
And if you do not believe this to be true,
then seriously think about it after this verse.
