I entered the business a little over 20 years ago and found it to really be a tough business. I had worked as a Nutritional consultant and found it emotionally rewarding, but not necessarily monetarily rewarding. Networking was an unrewarding adventure my first year, but I was determined to succeed! As I began to identify the various reasons it was so tough, I began to work at solving them.

Dave Young is one of the hardest working individuals in our community. He gives freely of his time to enlighten us with his wisdom. Greer Trumble is valued Adlandpro Community member whose efforts in all three arenas contribute greatly to his overall success. Greer's early experiences in the military gave rise to an interest in circuitry and programming leading to a career in functional logistics management. Programming became more of a hobby but make no mistake. Greer has contributed a couple of working concepts to Adlandpro which kept him in the community's eyes long enough to be the HTML and Programming Basics expert. Make no mistake. This week’s winner needs no introduction, but here it is anyhow, the winner by unanimous decision is Kathy Martin. Kathy is one of AdlandPro’s most incredible members. Her nicknames will give you an idea of what I’m talking about; she is referred to as the Queen of Adland and Wonder Woman. She is the Queen of AdlandPro because so many people here love her for her unending kindness. She is Wonder Woman because it's unbelievable the amount of things she accomplishes in a day. 	Hey Kathy I just copied same thing to post there! Are you reading my mind? Good keep up these 10ths as you see I have 90 more to go and we are only at 48 pages and 437 replies 3204 view. 	The Bible uses the term "shepherd" for all kinds of good leaders. But only One is the quintessential Shepherd. He shows us that the heart of godly leadership is sacrifice not status, service not selfishness. We follow this Shepherd because we know he values us above his own life.
