I LOVE YA!!!
6/5/2007 10:32:26 PM

One day a woman's husband died, and on that clear, cold morning,
in the warmth of their bedroom, the wife was struck with the pain of
learning that sometime s there isn't anymore.

No more hugs, no more special moments to celebrate together,
no more phone calls just to chat, no more "just one minute."
Sometimes, what we care about the most gets all used up and goes away,
never to return before we can say good-bye, say "I love you."

So while we have it, it's best we love it, care for it, fix it
when it's broken and heal it when it's sick.
This is true for marriage ... and old cars .. and children
with bad report cards, and dogs with bad hips, and aging parents
and grandparents. We keep them because they are worth it,
because we are worth it.

Some things we keep -- like a best friend who moved away
or a classmate we grew up with.
There are just some things that make us happy, no matter what.

Life is important, like people we know who are special. and so,
We keep them close!

I received this from someone who thought I was a 'keeper'!
Then I sent it to the people I think of in the same way.
Now it's your turn to send this to all those people who
are "keepers" in your life, including the person who sent it
if you feel that way. Suppose one morning you never wake up,
do all your friends know you love them?

I was thinking...I could die today, tomorrow or next week,
and I wondered if I had any wounds needing to be healed, friendships
that needed rekindling or three words needing to be said.

Let every one of your friends know you love them.
Even if you think they don't love you back, you would be
amazed at what those three little words and a smile can do.

And just in case GOD calls me home . I LOVE YA!!!

Live today to the fullest because tomorrow is not promised.

Hi Julia,

Wow, this makes one cry and feel all fuzzy inside at the same time.

This is so true as I already miss my parents each day even though I know they are in a much better place.  The thought of losing my husband really scares me because I know that would leave a huge emptiness in my heart and soul.

Julia, thanks for reminding us how important it is to give attention to the ones we love while they are here and I LOVE YA TOO!!

God Bless!

Dear Julia, Yes, we should all take care of each other before it is too late. There is aways the hope of resurrection, clearly taught in the Holy Bible, but of course we all want to keep those we love and not lose them even if it should be temporary. WHAT...IF...? Just about the same thing you told in the beginning happened to the elderly couple who have lived near me for some years. Their son has been interested in health and told his parents about how they could avoid health problems - like heart disease and keep their blood vessels clean. The parents used food supplements for some time but then decided that they did not need them. One day the husband got a stroke. He was rushed into the hospital and they did what they could to help him but the stroke was so severe that he did not survive. NOW his wife and relatives are taking food supplements again, since they know that many of their relatives have had strokes. So - we come back to the WHAT..IF..? question. What if they had continued taking these supplements, maybe he would still be alive..? This is the reason why I am recommending my friends and relatives to prevent most health problems instead of standing, beside their hospital bed or in the worst case, by their grave. We all need to think a little ahead instead of wishing that we had done something while our loved ones were still alive. There is more info what we can do to prevent health problems and about the science behind it all if you go to my Directmatches site with id buenavida. Sending lots of love to you all Marja
