hi,
i was operated about 18 months back for a heart ailment. ever since, my
doctor, my neighbors, wife, friends, parking lot attendant, you name, i
have it, have been going at me hammer and tongs for not having the
early-bird syndrom of walking 5 kms a morning.
me being a lazy lout (my bro) cannot stomack(!) this but have been
fobbing them off on one pretext or other. the only thing i have learnt
by walking on the road early morning are to step on dog litter, having
to meet with unwanted people, who i detest most of my life and the urge
to get back into the comforts of my bed as soon as i am back.
on the weiught front, i do not think i have lost even one ounze of fat
(my wife has grown 2 inches to her waist, i know, she refuses to admit).
Ye Gad, isnt there another alternative?
the weight gain i had post-operation, post-giving up active smoking
(from 40 cigarettes to five) are all taking their toll on my
appearance, still the public at large refuse to believe the weight gain
is due to this. is there any suggestions?
anxiously waiting.
