Read 2 Timothy 3: 1-5 and it reads , But Mark this: There will be terrable times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobediant to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderious, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherious, rash, concieted, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God- having a form of godliness but denying his power. Have nothing to do with them. 2.) What is the problem with the kind of religion or "ungodliness" described here? 3.) Come down to 2 Timothy 4:1-4 and read another description of powerless religion. 4.) Why would people ever substitute men's teachings for God's teaching on a subject? How do you think this tendancy might creep into your life? 5.) Why would carefully following God's message lead to powerful religion as opposed to powerless religion?

Thanks Thomas for making this availible to me  today. I see the results of our daily culture on shildren as young as my 4 year-old grandson, who is getting more and more unruly as he goes more and more to preschool for a language delay. I believe it is the surrounding kids' attitudes rubbing off on him. He is becomming beastly after school (a great little boy before school and daycare mind you, but absolutely horrid at day's end!) Some family members blame it on his being tired, but I don't. I blame it on the current state of man-unkind who is totally out of touch with ethics and morality. How can we let him watch TV even, it's filled with violence and purient ideas. It's awful, just awful. Time to turn off the TV and get out the Bible!

Thank you buddy for your honesty, it is well recieved not just from you who sees this but anyone who hase either taught in bible schools or have kids of there own, i see it to as i am a teacher in Church, no degree only in Gods word but never the less? I would ask that you by videos instead, lol. 2 hrs at the most. we dont want to put the kid in front of a t.v. set just to shut em up okay? not good, what is good is i hear more and more people having home schools rather than lets say kindergarden.
