Here is my new house I am moving in soon.I get the keys on Wednesday.
It is a brand new house with a lease to own option.I am locked  into it for 3 years.
It is just built its still have the smell of paint.
theres only 3 neighbors on the street.
its still undeveloped.
So I wont be on very much.Ill be slowly moving in all month,

Emily is very excited about her new car.

Congratulations!!  It looks wonderful!  I used to sell real estate, so I understand the joy of "new home ownership".  You will feel like you own it, even though you are leasing it.
