Are you looking after your health?
5/21/2007 6:44:31 PM
I think most of us would agree that our health really is one of our greatest assets in this life. If we  look after it,  tasks that we carry out on a daily basis  can be that much simpler. I developed  arthritis over 10 years ago, which meant I couldn't carry on with my bricklaying and concrete work. I was rather bitter for a short while, until I realised that I only had myself to blame. Years of working  in rain and sometimes snow, without proper clothing, had finally taken their toll.  I used to laugh at the older brickies, well clad--after all, I was always going to be young! Now, of course, I know differently. That's why I decided when looking for some kind of business online, to go first of all, anyway, with health products. I'm a great believer in natural remedies and cures, so I've listed just a few on my site. There's excellent health foods that were used in Biblical times, which help illnesses such as diabetes, cholesterol, high blood pressure etc. You'll also find something for those recurring headaches, smoking addiction, and even heartburn, along with herbal home remedies. It's all to be found at....

Hi Kathy

Well, if he needs to stop smoking, he can have a look at the Stop Smoking! page, and see what he thinks. There's no patches, pills, or gums involved, and it has helped some smokers who have been on the weed for 40 years or more. I really hopes he's successful, as it's such a waste of health, not to mention those extra dollars or pounds in the pocket. Mind you, when I gave up, that money didn't go very far, as the girlfriend at the time thought that I should spend it on extra treats--for HER of course! It's after 2am in my neck of the woods, so I suppose I'd better get the sleeping bag unfurled.

Best wishes

Donnie

Hi Kathy

I'm really annoyed with myself. Although I'm old in years (too old, maybe), I'm a comparative newbie in the internet business. In the past 2 years, I've managed to teach myself how to use the computer for various things, but when it came to setting up links to websites, it seems that I've been a complete idiot! Luckily, my younger son called yesterday, and he managed to point me in the right direction. I had typed the wrong links for all the affiliate programmes, including that "Stop Smoking" one, so I do apologise. The correct link is......

I'm really sorry about that, but never mind, I learn something new each day. I've now got to finish a piece of writing for my local rag, so I suppose i'd better do it.

Best wishes

Donnie
