	Hello Kathy and friends, I am so glad that I do not have to forgive on my own as I could not do it without first asking the Lord Jesus Christ to help me. When we forgive another, we actually release the power they have over us to hurt us more. Forgiving also frees us from its bondage upon our lives. Hi Thomas, You quoted one of my favourite scriptures and I also love this one. That 'even the number of hairs on our head are counted'. Now that to me is very personal detail that our Heavenly Father knows who we are so minutely. Amanda
