	Forgiveness Forgiveness is letting go of the pain and accepting what has happened, because it will not change. Forgiveness is dismissing the blame. Choices were made that caused the hurt; we each could have chosen differently, but we didn’t. Forgiveness is looking at the pain, Learning the lesson it has produced, And understanding what we have learned. Forgiveness allows us to move on toward a better understanding of universal love and our true purpose. Forgiveness is knowing that love is the answer too all questions, and that we all are in some way connected. Forgiveness is starting over with knowledge that we have gained. 	Kathy, Forgiveness is the ability to forgive a person the moment they trangress against us. I heard on the news tonight that they will be releasing President Regan's personal notes and in them he memtioned that he had to forgive the person that shot him. This will probably be some very interesting reading.

	Thanks Kathy.Very good words. Of course, Forgiveness can be one way. In fact in it's essence it is a one way street. It is only complementary when it is returned between 2 people. It's effects then wil be peace between those 2. One can forgive even if the other doesn't want peace, even as our Lord Jesus did. Incidentally, the new Spiderman movie was all about forgiveness. Ok, Ok, I grew up wih comics....smile Bill

	Great words of wisdom Bill.One can forgive even if the other doesn't want peace, even as our Lord Jesus did. But you have to have a forgiving heart in order to forgive, were not perfect but Jesus was, so lets remind ourselves in thinking in terms of (What would Jesus do?) see he turned both cheeks not just one.
