	Hello Sugar, redesigning ones life takes no courage what it does take is the willingness to know that you can do it.or even want to do it. You see what many are forgetting is that we all can do and be what ever we want to be or do. Who in their right mind can actually tell someone they can not do something or be something? How ridiculous is that?? I dare any one to tell me I cant do something or be what ever I want. This is my life and I will do what I choose. Now when I say all this I do mean everything that is legal. But a person is never to young or to old to redesign their life. If you ever had a dream or thought of any thing you wish you could of done but didnt, if you choose to do it you can. No one has the right to say no to your choices. I could go on but I will save it for one of my classes. Hope this helped some, Kathy

	:-) Stay positive Kathy. If you aren't keeping a gratitude journal or taking time each day to remember the things you have to be grateful for it would be a great thing for you to do. Gratitude is one of the very most important attitudes that we can have. It works!!
