Have you heard of Finger Yoga? 

YES, it is a REAL practice - and it is very simple and fascinating!

Almost everyone meditates the hard Way. If you’re like me, you’ve probably bought a book or a CD to teach you how to meditate.  You tried it once or twice.  But then a few days went by when you forgot or you simply didn’t have the time.  And then a couple of weeks went by...and perhaps you have been taught that meditation has to be difficult.

I just got an ebook by Colin Joss that teaches the Magic of Finger Yoga.

I'm sitting here in the woods of North Carolina (we've been camping here for two weeks) and through the magic of the Internet, I am learning simple finger gestures you can do anywhere, along with "mudras" to go with each one.

The word "mudra" comes from Sanskrit, meaning to seal. It is a symbolic gesture made with the hands and fingers. Mudras evolved from Hinduism, but they have since been integrated into the practice of Buddhism.
