Having experience as a "Sponsor" in my Amsoil venture,  I may have something to offer here but you must ask the right questions. I can show how it's done with Amsoil, and if one is open to applying the same approach to this organization, who knows what could happen.

I can give an example of what can happen. My son, who is an aspiring entrepreneur (and a Dealer account I sponsored), and I had a converstation that he thought was providing me with a prospect and new account opportunity for myself. He was amazed that I showed him how this prospect would be an excellent account for him to sponsor. It didn't cost me anything out of pocket but I would benefit down the line when the new account's potential develops and becomes a reality. (Notice I didn't say "if", it's when.) He will see the results and will be encouraged in the Amsoil opportunity.

In addition, I might add, it would be good to develop a Sponsor Plan and then moving forward will be much more productive and less confusing for you and others. It sounds like there isn't one yet. Maybe one isn't needed or wanted.
