I'll join to nominate Feature Of The Week (POTW) forum  - A forum by the great partner - Pauline Raina and Amb. John Sanchez.

The Feature of the Week forum honors people who have a positive influence on this community. To qualify the person has to be an active member and one who contributes to the positive atmosphere here in AdlandPro. Community members participates in the nominations and vote for their favorite candidate. The winner is thereafter listed in the POTW archives and has their picture on the front page of the community for a week.

This is by far one of the most popular fora here and it exposes active and friendly members in the community.
