Hey there online family, hope your enjoying your day. My Lesson for today is of course the Heart for Jesus and its titled " Where is My Heart?" 1.) Turn to Proverbs 4:23 and Jeremiah 17:9. Write out what these passages say and why you think they say it.  2.) In your Christian life you will need to diagnose different "heart" conditions. Study the following: a) Hard heart- Proverbs 28:14 b) Unrepentant heart- Romans 2:5 c) Unbelieving heart- Hebrews 3:12. 3.) As you handle different situations in your life, learn to ask, "Where is my Heart?" If you resist correction, ask " Where is my Heart?" If you find yourself wanting to skip church or business meetings, ask "Where is my Heart?" Why is it so dangerous to give in even a little to a bad heart? 4.) Who is someone you know who strikes as a pure heart? What is it about them that you want to imitate? 5.) What kind of heart did God promise to give us as we surrender our bad hearts? (see Ezekiel 11:17-19.) 6.) What is the end result for the pure heart? See Matthew 5:8.   I hope these help you? God_bless...and please be kind even if it hurts.

Greetings to you on this Sabbath day, I hope you are having a good Sunday. Thank you for Part 3 - I feel alittle uncomfortable at looking inward as I am afraid I won't like what I'll find.  Other people's goodness only goes to highlight my weakness and wickedness - I don't think I'm wicked as the dictionary would define but I often feel short tempered and sorry for myself.  I will pray to have a better heart and a more patient and tolerant nature.  Perhaps you might pray for me as well!
Please keep up the series, I really do print it out and sit down with my bible to read and review.

Dear Sue, everyone who has posted in this forum thread i pray for and some that i know personally that dont. I often have a hard time accepting myself as good and not evil as i am Human, we all must have something we dont feel good about ourselves, as we are all Human even non-beilivers think theres a God but do nothing about where they came from and who gave them senses to taste, touch and listen too not to mention see. So we all have something thats evil in us in our ways of thinking, i was tought by a Disciple of Christ who was then Tought by another and he was taught by another all the way back to Biblical times ruffly 2000 yrs ago when we were getting killed from these teachings. If we dont hold up to Gods Teachings we have nothing, no Faith no life. We all have something in us to make us keep on doing what we do, whatever the case may be, but the fact is we all have to change for the heart of Jesus who died for your sins and mine. These our from my oun heart to you Sue. To who ever else is reading this too. What i put out there for you guys is what my teacher Jesus wants for me to do. Sue i want to pray for me too. This is such a great post!  I LOVE IT!  The heart......we as humans must be on constant guard to keep away evil......but yet we must leave it open for everyone to feel our love.  Very complicated subject....and you have done a wonderful job here!

Thank you my good friend for the picture and your post, complications are only set up by the One to keep us down and out, but if we rise above and be aware of what are standards are as our integrity grows with the Spirit, we can fix anything we set our minds to. I have some more lessons coming out soon for sin and how God looks at the heart and later on how to recognized / knowing your sins.
