Friends first where possible.

It's been my experience that maybe something less than 5% od people are all business. I think we all could recognize these people the first time that they open their mouths.

They usually will say for you a cut to the chase, get to the point sort of thing.

But for more than 95% at least a friendly report is neccessary.
