	Hi Brian, Just another quick comment. I just scrolled through all the people that posted to your forum. I see their photo's and names so often now, I'm sure I'd recognize them on the street as friend. It gives a great sense of community for sure. 	Hi Judy! :-) Thank you for the quote.....it has a great message! I don't think that we humans mean to be so darn selfish......I think it's just our nature in some ways. We are sort of gentically programmed to sustain ourselves and we use any means possible to do that. But I think that as we grown older.....we mature .....and we realize that by helping others.....we are in essence helping ourselves...... As I read the quote you shared.....I was reminded of The Four Agreements written by Don Miguel Ruiz. In his book.....he talks of many things in life..... But one of the 4 agreements is to NEVER take anything personally.........
