Hey Thomas,
Because we all are not perfect, we will let each other down now and then. Sometimes it is because one has low tolerance for our short comings and sometimes it is because the other person just doesn't know how to help.
As I suggested earlier, this is why we have to lean on God in all things. If we seek other's approval on everything, then we do not seek God's. You are quite the prayerwarrior and a very good friend. I pray for my friends every day, so expect only good from all of this. Besides, you probably just need some more apple pie. :)
