Hi Kenneth, Thanks for the tip. We signed up using different email addresses and it worked. We also upgraded our account to Platinum. It has not shown up that we have a Plantinum account, yet, but I'm sure that is only a matter of time. One suggestion I would have is to put the fees for each upgrade level on the page that everyone uses to click over to PayPal, otherwise you don't know what you're sigining up for until you get to the PayPal page. As it turns out Plantinum is only $10, but you may miss out on business because the assumption is that pLantinum would be too expensive. Just a thought. Hav a good weekend. Very Sincerely,
