The question is not, "Do you know Jesus?",  it's "Does Jesus know you?"

We have to ask ourselves this question. Are we in His will? Or are we trying to bend His will to our will?

Yes God gives us a free will, but our will is often not His will. Can we with a clear concience say that Jesus knows us? He said if you love me, Do the will of my Father. He also said, Not my will but thine be done. Even as he faced death on the cross, he asked that the cup pass from him and cried tears of blood begging the Father to release him from this terrible death he would have to go through, but he knew it was His Father's will for him to face it and that he could not undo our fate without it.

If we're truly in Christ, we have to be willing to bear the cross and follow him. We cannot stand on grace alone. Grace is only given once. His death paid for this grace and when we stand on grace alone, we crucify him afresh. He said It was finished, and it was. But repentance and turning away from our past life of sin is absolutely necessary if we are truly walking in His footsteps. We have to be willing to die for our fellow man just as He died for us.

We can't pull our brother out of the fire if we're in it too.

How many Christians do you know who are still in the miry muck with the hogs and trying to justify their sin with grace? Yes he is faithful and just to forgive, but if we keep cleaning ourself on the outside and not being cleansed on the inside, we just keep going back into the mud with the pigs. Is this acceptable? Absolutely not!

We should all be on our faces before God asking for forgiveness and TURNING AWAY from sin and having a Godly anger against the sin that we see in the world, not trying to fit in and conform to it.

We are supposed to be set apart. Not better than sinners, but having a Godly sorrow for them and offering them a way out of the hell they're going to.

If we're not doing this we are all guilty. Even more so than they are because we know the truth and don't do it. We know the will of the Father and don't do it.

Heavenly Father I come to you in Jesus name and ask that you forgive me, and forgive all of my brothers and sisters who may not be in your will. Lord I know that if you wanted to you could take your breath back from everyone in the world in one instant. God please give us enough time to make our lives worthy of  your sacrifice. Even our enemies Lord, let them see the error of their ways and show them your mighty power and teach them your way Oh God, let them see your spirit moving over the lives of everyone around them.

Let your kingdom come and thy will be done everywhere on this earth, and I bind the power of satan in Jesus name. You said what we bind on earth is bound in heaven Lord, and what is loosed on earth is loosed in heaven. I loose the strength to overcome in Jesus name, I loose power in Jesus name and I loose peace that passes understanding, and love in Jesus name.

Forgive us of our sins, past present and future in Jesus name.

Father give us your peace and let us feel your presence.

Amen

Very Humble and gracious in your prayer my friend, i can call you that because you have a God like compassion as well. If we seek His kingdom first then we will know Him, he has always known us long before we were born, he knows what you are thinking right now. Jesus does very much know you more than your own family. As we attemted to help brothers and sisters who are weak or have become uncommitted, our goal is to help them decide for themselves whether they are weak or uncommitted. This can best be done by asking them specific questions which will cause them to recognize their spiritual condition. Examples of good questions are:  1.) Can you say you love God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength? 2.) Are you seeking the kingdom of God first in every decision? 3.) Are you growing closer to God and becoming more like Jesus in your character? Do you find yourself often making excuses for not doing what is right? 4.) Would you characterize yourself as being hot, lukewarm or cold as a Christian? These kinds of penetrating questions will expose the true spiritual condition of anyone if they are truthfully answered. Thoase who are committed to God, even if weak, have an urgent desire to know God and be right with Him. ( Psalm 27:4; Matthew 5:6; 2 Corinthians 5:9-10; Philippians 3: 7-11) They make spiriual growth the top priority in their lives. I hope this helps.

I love you Dear Brother. Thanks for reminding me of what a wonderful opportunity we have here at Adland Pro to share the love of Christ with every creature.

I am so thankful for this privelege and sometimes I need to be reminded of who I am in Christ. It's through Him that I'm able to find my wings.

Becky
