	Hello my friends, Leaders have vision- One of the qualities of leaders in every field is that they have a vision of an ideal..., exciting future for themselves, their families, and their organizations. They allow themselves to dream. They create a picture of what is possible rather then allowing themselves to get stuck with what exists at the present moment. George Bernard Shaw, the famous English play write, once wrote, "Most men look at the world and ask why? I look at the world and ask why not?" There are thousands of men and women all over America who have risen to great heights from humble beginnings. Many of them came from foreign countries and started with no advantages at all. But the one thing they did have was dreams. And they beleved that they had the ability to achieve their dreams. Because they intensely believed in them selves, and were determined to do whatever was necessary to fulfill their dreams, they activated all of the mental laws and principals. 	An effective way to set goals is to dream of yourself, in the future, having already achieved that goal. Write down what you would like to do if there was nothing holding you back. Once you have considered your desired outcomes, nNow, work backwords. For each of those outcomes, write down each step that must be accomplished to actually get there. Now you have a step-by-step plan to reach your goals. I envision for myself an extremely large organization in both of my affiliate marketing businesses. In order to accomplish this, I must create my own profit center web-page (I've done this already), learn all I can about my respective businesses, drive traffic to my website, and be here to help, in any way I can, all associates in my organization. 	Hello my sweet friend Elaine, First you must advertise your Presence and market your identity. Where ever you can do a profile do, it is like leaving your business card behind. Go where no man dares to go, be like a Joan of Arc of Networking, let every one always know you are front and center, walk boldly into the night, show everyone what you stand for and who you are. Make a impact on others, walk tall and hit hard. Leave every one wondering who was that that just passed through??? leave the curioiusity so they will come search you!!!! create your illusion of success, give the essance of what and how successful you are and can be, There is no limit to ones success.
