One you will most probably like and my comments on the other one MAY piss you. ================= GLOBAL WARMING Global Warming is a very very important issue and it most certainly needs to be addressed. Only far too many people seem to NOT know: A. Global Warming and Global Cooling are just normal cycles which have been going on for many multi-millions of years. (When Washington was in Vally Forge, we were in the mini-Ice Age.) B. The reason Greenland is called Greenland is because WHEN IT WAS NAMED, it was a GREEN land. This means it was warmer there THEN than it is now. Next, the brain-dead conservatives refuse to admit humans have any thing to do with the present warming cycle while the clueless liberals say G.W. is ALL the fault of humans. And NEITHER of them are correct. The FACTS are, as PROVEN by Ice Cores which show the pollutants in the air going back well over 100,000 years, that we humans ARE responsible for around 30 % (THIRTY percent) of the present warming cycle. Last, (on this subject) I suggest everyone who can check out your local listings for American Broadcasting Company (ABC) for NEXT FRIDAY as they are going to have several programs on Global Warming and on the Plant Earth. ================== AREA 51 Now Nick, while I do not want to piss you off on the subject of Area 51, my love of facts, logic, knowledge, honesty and truth are more important to me than anything else. The FACTS on Area 51 are is it is used to develop and test advanced air craft, weapons and associated items for the U.S. Military. PERIOD! END OF STORY! Those who say there are bodies of Aliens from outer space or any UFO's from outer space there have absolutely NO verifiable proof that is true what-so-ever. They not only have no verifiable proof, they do not have ANY proof of any type. And the operative word here is PROOF! Those who say they do have proof should go live with Alice in Wonderland as they ain't living in the real world. Neil

   I see that is was a mistake to add the impeachment phrase to my signature line. Feel free to delete all or part of that post.

   Also, I see that this has the potential to become a nasty debate with Neil involving politics, name calling etc,etc so I will refrain from replying to Neil here. In fact, since Neil makes it a point to single me out in every forum he sees me in, I think I will just leave this forum to avoid anymore of what we are so used to happening in this situation. I enjoy your forums and I will be happy to continue to post on them once the atmosphere lightens up a bit.

There are so many articles on Global warming and everybody blaming everybody else for the cause that once in a while someone has to equal out all the negative with some positive. It is a delicate balance that should not offend but humor the one who reads it.
