Just wanted to say that I have had my Toyota Prius for about 11 months now.  Still getting right around 50 MPG on average, and that does not include things like what happened today.  I had to sit in a drive-thru for almost 15 minutes.  During that time, the engine never came on once.  Other, non-hybrid cars, were idling away.  I was just sitting there running my radio and A/C on the battery.  Stuff like that never gets figured into the MPG computation.
