	Hello Thomas, I have been taking the Omega 3 Krill Oil for the last 2 months. I am now starting to feel the benefits of these suppliments as I have painful joint pain from 'thrills and spills' from my horseriding days, heavy cleaning, scrubbing, bending and stretching through my last job and a car accident last year.
