Thanks for another outstanding quote.  This is particularly appropriate in today's world, where we are unfortunately teaching young people that it's not their fault, whatever it is that has happened.  Stand up, face the problem dead on, fix it and move on.

Definitely agree with this one! So much time is wasted arguing about whose fault it is. Too many people are more concerned about fixing blame and covering their a-- than they are about solving the problem. Just get it done! John

Thanks for this great quote. To solve something you need to go to the source. It is so important to take responsibility. When you blame you are saying you are a victim. Responsibility empowers you. We always have a choice. If you don't take control someone else will.

When faced with complaining, imagine that there are only two places in the entire universe to be:  1)  in a great hall of blamers or 2) a great hall of solution finders.  I know where I'll be every single time.  :)
