The offers/Requests is good advertising function. The offers/requests rotate to get more exposure.  I use my offers to advertist MY JERKY DIRECT and EBAY BUSINESS.  I don't have a generic one though for everyone to post whatever business they are in.  I should start one as to help other people post good businesses.

If someone posted a business that was SCAM or porno though, I'd delete it. Good business and good reputation will help you gain trust.      Pat
