We must try not to overreact to anything be it good or bad. Hopefully we learn from our mistakes and go on from there not making the same mistakes too many times, I know I'm using mistakes in conjunction with possibilities bur overlooking a possibilities can and is a mistake of sorts. We must be ever viligent in our daily lives

Hi Bogdan,

I can't imagine feeling "deep despair" over either.  Perhaps when a possibility is passed by there may be some regret and a huge opportunity to learn from the lack of action on the possibility.  And - NOTHING'S IMPOSSIBLE.  If we can dream it, we can create it!

Thanks for another good quote for us to ponder!

Blessings,

Judy

I agree, we can allow our selves to be tormented by the opportunities lost. This will only make us despair. If we use the past to teach us lessons for the future, and the present, we cease to be tormented, and become enlightened.

Hi Bogdan,

Thanks for this great quote. It is so important to just do something. Action eliminates fear. Don't live your life having regrets. The pain of sacrifice is so much less then the pain of regret.

Bogdan,

It is a true quote, but we must remember that when we fail at one thing or miss a goal, it opens us to the next challenge, and the opportunity to succeed.
